We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For bridal bookings, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We understand plans change — please just let us know as soon as possible.

A full keratin treatment typically takes 3 to 5 hours depending on your hair's length and thickness. We'll give you a more accurate estimate during your consultation. Plan to have a free afternoon for the appointment.

For most colour services, it is best to arrive with unwashed, product-free hair. For keratin treatments, we provide the clarifying wash as part of the service. For haircuts and styling, freshly washed or lightly soiled hair is both fine. When in doubt, just ask us when you book!

Balayage is a freehand colour technique where colour is painted directly onto sections of hair to create a natural, sun-kissed gradient effect. Traditional highlights use foils for more uniform, even lightening. Balayage grows out more naturally and requires fewer touch-ups — a popular low-maintenance option.

Absolutely! Our bridal package includes discounted group rates for bridesmaids, mothers, and other members of the wedding party. We recommend booking the full group at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, as bridal slots fill quickly — especially on weekends.

For most hair types, we recommend a deep conditioning hair spa every 4 to 6 weeks. If your hair is dry, colour-treated, or heavily processed, more frequent treatments — approximately every 2 to 3 weeks — may be beneficial. Our stylists can advise the right frequency for your specific hair type.
